These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services at MyMacRepair, including repairs, diagnostics, data recovery, and related services. By using our website or submitting a device for repair, you agree to these terms.
1. Repair Service Agreement
When you bring or send your device to us:
You authorize MyMacRepair to diagnose and perform the necessary repair services.
You understand that attempting repairs may void your Apple or third-party warranty.
You confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you are the legal owner of the device.
2. Device Handling and Liability
While our technicians take utmost care, MyMacRepair is not liable for pre-existing damage, hidden issues, or the loss of data during repair.
Customers are advised to back up their data before submitting devices.
In case of unrepairable devices, we may suggest alternative solutions or return the device unrepaired.
3. Estimates & Approvals
We offer free initial diagnostics and estimates.
No work is carried out without your approval of the quoted repair cost.
If you decline the repair after diagnosis, no charges will be applied unless a specialized service or expedited diagnostics was requested.
4. Warranty Terms
Repairs and parts are covered by a [30/60/90-day warranty] from the date of service.
Warranty excludes physical damage, liquid damage, accidental drops, or tampering by unauthorized parties after the repair.
Software issues or future unrelated hardware faults are not covered under this warranty.
5. Payments
Full payment is required upon completion of service before the device is returned.
We accept cash, card, and digital payment methods.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed quotes will be honored.
6. Abandoned Devices
Devices left unclaimed for more than 30 days after repair completion may be considered abandoned. MyMacRepair reserves the right to recycle or dispose of abandoned devices after multiple contact attempts.
