Simply book your repair online, choose your preferred delivery method (Door Collection or Post It Yourself), and send your MacBook to us. Once received, we’ll repair it and send it back promptly—usually within 1–3 working days.

Not with our Door Collection Service! Just pack your device, and our courier will bring a pre-printed label and collect it from your doorstep. For the “Post It Yourself” option, you can use any courier service and send it to our repair center.

Use a secure box or padded envelope with internal protection (e.g., bubble wrap) to prevent damage in transit. Be sure the device is turned off and packed snugly to avoid movement during shipping.

Most repairs are completed within 1–3 working days of receiving your device. You’ll receive real-time updates and tracking info when your MacBook is on its way back to you.

Yes! We use tracked and insured shipping for return deliveries. If you’re using your own courier to send your MacBook to us, we recommend choosing a tracked and insured service as well for peace of mind.

Warranty

Yes! All our repairs come with a 90-day warranty (unless stated otherwise), covering the parts and workmanship used in the service.

Our warranty covers defects in parts and labor related to the specific repair carried out. If an issue arises that is directly related to the original repair, we’ll fix it at no extra cost during the warranty period.

The warranty does not cover:

  • New or unrelated issues not part of the original repair

  • Physical damage or accidental damage (e.g., drops, liquid)

  • Tampering or third-party repairs after our service

  • Software issues or data loss

If you experience an issue with your device under warranty, simply contact us with your order number, a brief description of the problem, and we’ll guide you through the next steps.

Due to the unpredictable nature of corrosion and liquid exposure, we offer limited or no warranty on liquid damage repairs. However, we’ll always discuss this with you before starting the repair.

Our warranty is valid for UK-based customers only. If you’re located outside the UK, we can still repair your device, but return shipping and warranty coverage may differ.
