At MyMacRepair, we stand behind the quality of our work. If you’re not satisfied with our service, please review the following refund policy:

If we are unable to repair your MacBook, you will not be charged for labor or parts. This does not apply to devices that were diagnosed and declined by the customer or in cases where a non-refundable part was specially ordered.

2. Refunds on Repairs

  • If a repair fails within the warranty period due to a defective part or workmanship, we will redo the repair at no cost or issue a full or partial refund.

  • Refunds are not issued for completed repairs that were fully functional upon delivery and approved by the customer.

  • Refunds are not available for damage caused by user error or mishandling after the repair.

3. Deposits & Diagnostic Fees

  • Standard diagnostics are free.

  • If a deposit was paid for special part orders, it may be non-refundable if the part has already been ordered or used.
